I always loved listening to people, this is a natural attitude that people usually give me credit for.
As a child, I was enchanted by stories, I could stare for hours observing adults talking about their life, catching every accent and ways of talking.
As an adult, I became a traveller and started to listen in a deeper way to everything around me.
When Transpersonal Psychology crossed my path, I was working as Human Resources Manager in Switzerland. Holding a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology though, I was following a professional path by international big
companies as Human Resources Manager, working with managerial development programs, career paths and
organizational development.
The sickness of my father, happened suddenly and unexpectedly, pushed me to take up again my interest for the
clinical field, allowing me to understand the powerful connection of body, mind and soul, whose balance contributes to people wellbeing.
To my own genuine surprise, a struggle became an opportunity. My natural affinity with joy and vitality became a
common thread of my way to conduct therapy sessions. Gratitude is intended not only as a good daily practice, but a
healthy state of consciousness.
Modern Psychology methods are combined, if useful, with ancient traditions inspired by the shamanic wisdom, Aloha philosophy (from Hawaiian Islands), music therapy, creative writing and other natural remedies.
I am certified for the EMDR protocol application for traumas (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I firmly believe that each person, starting a therapy path, can increase self-awareness, which in turn can contribute to a collective growth, creating wellbeing for self and others. Everything is connected to everything.
